What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Global Benefits Analyst with experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries and regions. This individual will bring 3+ years of benefits experience, including a strong U.S. benefits foundation and exposure to international benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of country-specific benefits and wellness requirements, strong organizational and project management skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to help support programs that meet local needs while aligning with global benefits practices. This role is important in helping deliver a globally consistent employee experience that is compliant, competitive, and culturally relevant.
What You’ll Do:
U.S. Benefits & Open Enrollment
  • Assist in the administration of the annual open enrollment process, including data analysis, vendor coordination, employee communications, and support for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer health, welfare, and retirement plans, helping ensure programs comply with federal and state laws such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  • Respond to employee benefit inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support for U.S. benefits programs.
Global Benefits Administration
  • Support the administration and documentation of scalable, market-relevant benefits programs that accommodate regional requirements while aligning with a global benefits philosophy.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to help ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and benefits processes for international offerings, including healthcare, wellness, leave programs, and retirement/pension plans.
  • Maintain benefits documentation, enrollment records, and reporting for global programs.
Wellness Strategy & Program Support
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of global wellness initiatives that support employees’ physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
  • Track wellness program participation and support reporting efforts to measure program utilization and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative and project support for wellness initiatives across diverse regions and cultures.
Compliance & Governance
  • Maintain current knowledge of U.S. and global benefits regulations to support compliance across all programs.
  • Assist internal stakeholders by providing benefits-related information and helping escalate compliance or risk concerns when needed.
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation reviews related to benefits programs.
Vendor, Reporting & Stakeholder Support
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to support benefits administration and program coordination.
  • Assist with vendor management activities, including tracking service performance, following up on issues, and helping improve operational efficiency.
  • Use strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to analyze benefits data, create reports, reconcile invoices, track enrollments, and identify trends.
  • Apply project management skills to support benefits implementations, renewals, system updates, and process improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration, with exposure to global benefits programs preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
  • Understanding of U.S. benefits regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA, with working knowledge of global benefits practices and compliance requirements.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including experience with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reconciliation to support data and cost analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate with stakeholders, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (preferably Workday), benefits platforms, and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage and assist with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and collaborate across teams and regions.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative global HR/benefits team.

Compensation Overview
At Meltwater, we believe great impact deserves great reward. Our compensation approach is data-driven, market-informed, and built to scale with your growth. We benchmark roles against external market data and use structured leveling frameworks to ensure fairness, consistency, and internal equity across teams and geographies.
These frameworks are based on objective, gender-neutral criteria in line with applicable pay transparency regulations.
For this role, the base salary range is $61k -$81k USD.
Actual offers are determined based on job-related skills, experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location. We typically hire within the range in a way that supports long-term growth, recognizing that compensation evolves as scope, performance, and impact expand over time.
